You are invited
to have your case considered by
LFMG if you believe you have
suffered substantial damages.
For those cases that are not
eligible, after review, LFMG may
use a State Bar approved
referral service to select
counsel who will take such cases
on a contingency fee basis. You
will not be obligated to pay for
any expense incurred in
reviewing your case if you
accept the selection or choose
counsel on the LFMG approved
list. You do not have to accept
the selection and can choose
counsel not on the LFMG approved
list, however, if you do so such
expenses will be repaid to LFMG
from any proceeds you receive
from a resolution of your case.
Otherwise the selected counsel
or the referral service will pay
all such expenses of review and
evaluation.
