If a case meets LFMG's preliminary guidelines and is eligible for consideration at the next step of the case selection review process, you will be notified and asked to have the questionnaires and relevant links for the case formally submitted by an attorney who will represent your interests throughout the remainder of the selection process and, if approved by the LFMG Independent Case Selection Review Panel, to the conclusion of case litigation. You may select any attorney you choose from Submitting Attorneys for the Claimant section of our website to formally submit the case.

The attorneys on the website have no affiliation or relationship with LFMG, but are aware of the LFMG management and funding program and have agreed to make the submission only to LFMG, not to seek engagement for themselves and not to refer the matter to any other attorneys for purposes of engagement.

Many of these attorneys and firms have exceptional experience and expertise in the specialized case areas considered by LFMG. They may be engaged to act as lead counsel on an hourly fee basis if the matter proceeds to litigation and if LFMG believes they have the necessary qualifications to act in such capacity.

If you are interested in submitting a case to LFMG, please initially submit the LFMG Case Consideration Questionnaire and the link you are directed to on question #14. You may do this yourself or you may wish to have the assistance of legal counsel. If you do not have your own attorney, any of the attorneys listed on our site under Submitting Attorneys for the Claimant will assist you at no charge. We realize the questionnaire is somewhat lengthily and complicated, but the information we request is necessary to make a preliminary determination about proceeding to the next level with your case. Please be certain to answer all questions asked. If you do not know the answer, check the box for such a response. Then submit it to lisa@lfmg.net.
