If you are interested in submitting a case to LFMG, please initially submit the LFMG Case Consideration Questionnaire. If a case meets LFMG guidelines and is eligible for consideration at the next step of the case selection review process, you will be notified and asked to have the case formally submitted by an attorney who will represent your interests throughout the remainder of the selection process and, if approved by the LFMG Independent Case Selection Review Panel, to the conclusion of case litigation. You may choose any attorney you like to formally submit the case.

If you feel your claim may benefit from consultation with an expert, you may select one from the Experts listed here at our website. The experts on the website have no affiliation or relationship with LFMG, but are aware of the LFMG program. They have agreed to maintain confidentiality regarding LFMG cases and not refer the matter to any other party.

Many of these experts have exceptional experience and expertise in the specialized case areas considered by LFMG. They may be engaged to act as consultants or expert witnesses on a fee basis if the matter proceeds to litigation, and if LFMG believes they have the necessary qualifications to act in such capacity.
