The LFMG
Independent Case Selection Review Panel
reviews cases for participation, evaluating
each for both liability and damages. This
distinguished panel applies its wide range
of substantial legal experience and
expertise in business, commercial, contract,
real estate, insurance, entertainment and
intellectual property legal areas. Each case
that qualifies for review by the Independent
Case Selection Review Panel receives full
consideration based on opinions of
case-area-specific professional trial
attorneys and experts.

an insurance company’s obligation to provide
a defense where its insured has been sued
and the assignability of insurance bad faith
cases. He is a published author in insurance
law and has lectured frequently on the
subject.
